Our Origin

From one farm in Huila

High in Colombia’s southern mountains, one partner family farm grows coffee on steep Huila hillsides. This launch focuses on one origin and one harvest, with coffee prepared in small batches and roasted to order the week it ships.

The promise is simple: clear provenance, fairer sourcing relationships, and a cup that tastes of a specific place.

Bean to Bag

From a hillside in Huila to your kitchen

Four steps. No middlemen. The same beans the family wakes up to are the ones you brew.

01 / Step

Cherry picked

Hand-picked ripe at 1,750 m on a Huila hillside. Only red cherries make the lot; green and over-ripe cherries are sorted out.

02 / Step

Washed & sun-dried

Pulped within hours of picking, fermented, and sun-dried on raised beds for 12-18 days until the bean is just right.

03 / Step

Roasted to order

Each bag is roasted the week it ships - in small batches, profiled to bring out the cup we taste at origin.

04 / Step

Shipped to you

Sealed with the roast date on the bag. Across the US and Canada - fresh enough that you can still smell the chaff.

The First Harvest
